Art-making is my lifeblood. From crayons to oils, my childhood was saturated in color. Since then, my palette has expanded to include photography, figure drawing, jewelry design, embroidery and all manner of printed textile design. My formal training includes a bachelor’s degree in painting, an AAS in textile design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and an upcoming Fulbright in Morocco. I’ve studied block printing and bandhani tie and dye in India, taken lessons on Fez and Tetouan embroidery in Morocco, and filled more sketchbooks than I can count.
Today I work as a textile print designer in New York City. My paintings and photography are held in private collections across the United States, Canada and the UK, and my exhibition history includes:
2018, Group exhibition, Textile Design and Painting, Green Olive Arts (Tetouan, Morocco)
